Built a GitHub App that watches pull requests for API-contract changes, posts check runs, and drives agentic documentation generation from the diff. Paired that with a Strangler Fig migration of a high-volume customer notification stack—moving from on-prem messaging and directory auth toward Lambda and SQS FIFO behind a stable proxy—so traffic can shift without breaking the public endpoint.
